Last updated: May 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tombot (“Tombot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information for our websites, mobile apps, and related services, including apps distributed through the Apple App Store.

- Wallet or blockchain-related information, if a product lets you connect a wallet or interact with on-chain services. Public blockchain activity may be visible to others by design.
- Support communications, including messages you send us and related metadata needed to respond.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to provide it.

Analytics and third-party services
Our website uses Google Analytics. Our apps and services may also rely on service providers for hosting, analytics, diagnostics, authentication, payments, cloud infrastructure, AI functionality, customer support, and App Store distribution. These providers process information on our behalf or according to their own terms when you use their services directly.
Links from Tombot to third-party services, including any.markets, app stores, wallet providers, block explorers, or social platforms, are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, legal or safety authorities when required, transaction counterparties where necessary for a feature you request, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including product operation, security, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records.

Tombot products are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
